IPC in Corrections
Learn MoreAPIC is now partnering with correctional facilities to tailor and deliver quality IPC training throughout your organization. Originally built alongside the Chicago Department of Public Health for the city’s congregate and correctional settings, APIC’s IPC in Corrections training program first learns about your facility’s unique challenges and then provides on-site training to improve the overall health and wellbeing of the facility population. APIC, in partnership with the Maryland Department of Health (MDH), created a suite of internship and mentorship matching recruitment, training, and retention programs designed to build professional IP capacity in the state.
